I’m the Office Manager here at Thompson-Brooks Insurance working with a great team of agents and other staff. It’s such a pleasure working with all the client’s whether it’s face to face or on the phone. In between all the calls and visits I keep the office running smoothly as possible which consists first and foremost customer service, greeting clients, data entry, filing, appointment setting and mailings. Prior to helping out here I spent most of my life raising 5 amazing children and now enjoy the addition of a son-in-law and 2 grandchildren.
